FEARS

Now, I want to tell you about my fears and how I beat the fears. I have 3 fears, they are :
  1. I Fear of make my parents sad and can't live with them for the rest of my life, because they're my everything, they're important to me that's way I can't live without them. If they sad I also feel sad and I feel that I’m a bad child for them. But, I have to face my fear, I have to make my parents proud of me, by try to avoid mistakes, and do the best for them. It's also by always making them happy and have a healthy lifestyle.
  2. I’m afraid of not being top three of the class, because my parents would disappointed with me and be sad (my first fear), I would feel sad and couldn't do anything right. To beat the fear, I have to study hard, more active in the class, believe that I can do it and think that nobody's perfect.
  3. I'm afraid not to be a doctor and success, because becoming a doctor was my dream from childhood. I want to help people who are sick, and support them to get recover. To beat this fear, I have to love biology or science, positive thinking, study hard, and watch doctor TV shows. I also have to imagine my future as a doctor.
If I don’t face my fear it will end up controlling me like grip my mind, body, and spirit. It will wage a war against me and my dreams. Once I understand how I can dissipate fear, it shrinks and is no longer a threat.  So, I don't want to give up with this fears. This fear can also motivate me to be better, by making it a positive thing.
